Pakistan will have 200,000 corona cases after June, 2020 as warned by World Health Organisation (WHO). The Government of Pakistan needs to take take immediate action and effective measures in this pandemic situation.
Dr. Tedos Adhano (Director General, WHO) in the virtual meeting at the launch of Pakistan National Strategic Preparedness and Response Plan warned Pakistan about the next brutal wave of Covid - 19. Currently Pakistan has 70,000 confirmed corona cases and almost 1,500 people already died (Results based on Google Statistics).
At Provincial level, Punjab is number one with 25,000 confirmed cases followed by Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Baluchistan still has the lowest Covid -19 cases.
Worldwide there are approximately 6.08 million confirmed cases and 370,000 people already died due to this virus.
The corona virus situation is alarming in Pakitsan and Federal Government is still unprepared. The Federal and Provincial Government has their own tug of war and stern lockdown is still required. In the last 15 days Covid-19 cases have increased rapidly which is considered to be a deadly wave of corona in every single part of the country.
