Delivery Boys & Corona

In today's world in which we are living now,
no one was aware that a day will come when we have to face one of the worst pandemic situations i.e. COVID 19. As a result, we are trying our best to fight in this catastrophic situation. Mostly, people, have locked
themselves and start working from home. Yet they still enjoyed many things in this quarantine. People still do online shopping, can watch a bunch of movies and series on Netflix, still enjoy the food service delivery, etc.  But many of us have to come out of our houses to earn bread & butter daily. And here comes one of the important people about whom I would like to talk about. Yes! I am talking about delivery boys.
Till now the technology or science is not that much developed or upgraded that whenever we order food a special drone came at our door or land at our house roof so that we can collect our delivery. We need the help of these people who work day and night just to deliver us the food that we ordered online. Unlike doctors, nurses, policemen, guards we have to thank these boys too.
These delivery boys don't have any COVID kit that they can wear and deliver the food door to door. They have only a mask (which is obviously not the N-95 because they can't afford it) and simple gloves they wear who takes the risk and deliver food at every possible door. Yet they take the risk of their lives to meet our demands.

I am thankful to these brave people who take the risk and help us. Let's raise a hand and pray for them and their families.

Beating Cancer

Early Life:- It is very difficult to say where to start. If I remember correctly, I think it will make me depressed again. Many circumstances in life are difficult to describe. Today I am going to tell you the story of a girl who overcame cancer. This is the story of a girl who believes in God and that he will heal her. This is the story of my elder sister Arooj. Sister Arooj is our uncle's daughter. But she spent a major portion of her life with our family. Arooj was born in Stunzabad, a village near the Khanewal District in the Province of Punjab, Pakistan. Her father and our beloved uncle died of a heart attack at a very young age. Arooj received his early education in the village. Later she moved to Karachi with us. My mother and father used to go to work and we live with sister Arooj. It would not be wrong to say that our sister Arooj was the one who took care of us as a child. A few years later we moved to Lahore. Then Arooj graduated from Cathedral Higher Secondary School wi...

Brother From Another Mother

It's been nine years that I and Farooq aka TED are best friends. I still remember the day when I met him. He just completed his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from NCBA&E (National College of Business Administration & Economics) and came to the Institute of Business Administration (A department of the University of Punjab) to do an MBA but due to some issues, we both got the admission in PGD (Post Graduation Diploma) in Business Administration so that we can fulfill the requirement for the MBA program. The bachelor's degree can be completed in 4 years but Ted just finished his degree in 3 years. Well, good for him and his family. I and Ted become friends in the second semester of PGD. I don't want to exaggerate about myself but yes I indeed was one of the guys that are popular on the campus. He came to me for help. I helped him in an assignment and that's the day our friendship started. He always wanted to try those th...
